I've watched the ones I used to love,

change from the brightest shades of red,

to grey.

I've seen the passage from my past,

and a glimpse of what's to be.

I know I've still got miles to go,

so much time to learn and grow.

And I know it may be hard,

but this road's a broken heart.

Unrequited, undesired,

it’s the hardest part of life.

and I know that its right;

So live your life to the top,

keep on going and don't stop.
